How much does shipping cost?
Delivery charges are calculated on a flat-fee basis according to the total value of your order—see chart below. Regular shipping charges to the United States are as follows:

Do you offer Rush Shipping?
Yes. If you need faster service, RUSH DELIVERY shipping (see table above). If you need it overnight, please select that option at checkout. If you have ordered items that have stated delivery charges, such as furniture, those charges will be included in the delivery total.

How fast will I get my order?
Your order receives top priority. Orders are generally shipped by the next business day via USPS from Los Angeles, California. Depending on your location, deliveries can take up to (21) business days. Rush orders will usually ship via FEDEX and includes insurance and signed delivery (required). Rush orders, regardless of delivery, will be processed the same day if the order is received by noon PST (Monday - Friday).

Can I track my shipments?
Most definitely. We consider this one of our premiere responsibilities. Those packages that request 2-day, 3-day or overnight will be shipped via UPS. (UPS tracking numbers always begin with a 1Y) All other packages shipped under our standard shipping. Whether its UPS or USPS, all shipments can be tracked via delivery confirmation. For tracking purposes, all USPS deliveries contain only numbers - no letters what so ever . Click on the Track Your Order link to track your packages.

Can my order be sent to a hospital?
While we can have your gift sent to a hospital, we can't accept responsibility for declined or undelivered gifts. Not all hospitals accept patient gifts, so please check with your gift recipient's hospital in advance.

Is it safe to use my credit card for purchases?

Once you’ve entered, the page address (URL) will change from http to https, the let you know you are in a secure area. Do I have to pay sales tax?
For online orders, a sales tax will only be assessed on packages going to a California, shipping addresses. Shipments to addresses outside of these states will not be charged sales tax (sweet!).

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Explain your low price guarantee?
The offer extends to any and all of your purchases. If you can buy the same item for less than what you paid for it on Bunnyberry, we’ll match the lower price. It’s that simple. Just send us the link (it must be within twenty-four hours of your purchase) to allow us to verify the lower price and we’ll immediately credit your card. Remember, this offer applies to the item only. Shipping is not included.

What is your return policy?
Bunnyberry.com wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you find that your order doesn’t meet with your expectations for any reason, contact us and we’ll credit your account, no questions asked. Just repack it and send it back to us within 30 days of purchase. That’s our policy. Please be aware that a restocking fee of 15% of the merchandise cost applies to returned items not being exchanged. Also, we are unable to accept return of custom-made or personalized items or items in the sale/clearance aisles. For more detailed information, please read our complete Return Policy.

How do I return an item?
If you find that you need to return or exchange an item, we ask that you contact us by email bunnycare@bunnyburybaby.com or phone (800) 218-9518 to obtain a Return Authorization. Go to our Return Request Form, fill it out and submit it to us. This way we can account for the return.

Can I return a gift given to me?
Sure! If you have a gift receipt (and we put it in every box) and are returning the item within 30 days, you will receive store credit for the full amount of the item(s). It’s the same as our standard return policy.

My shipment was damaged in transit. What do I do?
Each product is personally inspected before shipping, and we use the highest quality packaging. However, if you do receive a damaged item, please click this link immediately to receive a return authorization. Please note: If you would like us to send the replacement before we receive the original item, your credit card will be charged a second time. As soon as we receive the damaged item, a refund will post to your credit card.

After providing your password, you can edit or delete your information at any time through the 'my account' page. If you forget your password, you can request that it be emailed to your email address. We will not give passwords out over the phone, nor will we email them to a different email address than the one used to register. If you request to have your password emailed to you, your credit card information will be deleted from your profile for security reasons.
