They differ because of a pocket opening that allows for absorbent material to be inserted into the pocket during use and them removed for laundering. The pocket diaper is great because you can customize of amount of absorbent material used. One benefit of using pocket diapers is the actual fit of the diaper. Our pocket diapers are offered in 3 standard sizes, and can even be special ordered in specialty sizes spanning from X-Small to Toddler.
