When I first got this bag, I was so in love. It looked beautiful, and the leather felt beautiful. I have used this bag for about 3 months, and it is literally falling apart at the seams. The strap is tearing above the metal hardware, and there is now a hole in my bag along the zipper seam-and this bag is made out of bright orange foam. The leather is literally a veneer that is thinner than paper.. I'm not hard on my bags, I'm actually crazy about keeping things well maintained so that I don't have to replace them. A $350 diaper bag should have lasted me way longer than a few months. I contacted bunnyberry.com and never received a response. I contacted OiOi directly and also never received a response. I'm guessing that both companies know that they sold a sub-par product. I will never do business with bunnyberry.com or OiOi again, and I will be sure to spread the word on all of my mommy forums.

I wrote the above review, and would like to update.
Bunnyberry and OiOi did both get back to me, and were extremely pleasant and efficient. OiOi believes that the damage on my bag is a manufacturing error, and they are shipping me a replacement bag. I'm very happy that this issue has been resolved, as I love this bag and was very upset that I wouldn't be able to use it anymore. I would like to thank Amanda at Bunnyberry for her kindness and professionalism, as well as Amanda at OiOi for the same. I do hope to do business with both companies again in the future. Thank you!
